Great cause. Excellent organisation. Excellent first aid, (which I personally sampled). Slight overcrowding at the start, which might have been reduced by splitting 5k and 10k into two, with start times split by 10-15 mins. To improve financial donations, put your bank details &/or Just Giving advice on website. Thank you, great event.

Good Race

A well organised and friendly race. It would benefit from a 9.30am start as was extremely hot on the exposed parts of the route.

The event is always brutally hot in June, potentially an earlier start time would be better, especially for some of the slower 10k runners who are finishing at mid-day... On the hottest day of the year... (Mad dogs and Englishmen I guess!). However the woodland sections make a refreshing break from the heat, so could more of ep woodland be used , because these sections are really nice to run through.

Great job! Very happy. Would you consider promoting a "secure bike park". Binfield use the adjacent tennis courts and you have similar (that was unused during the event). There were loads of cars on the field and Im sure locals like me would love to bike over?

Well done to all the volunteer marshalls.

Maybe each marshall needed to have a bin bag to help with the water cups especially if the runner drinks slowly.

Maybe in hot weather like today, there should have been more water stations --- maybe at each 1.5 km which can be used or not by the runners.

Brilliant day --- well done all.

I was with the 5k tailwalker for the whole way, and she was great to chat to and really helped me.

Maybe push the 10k an hour earlier as it was incredibly hot during the run!

This was our first time attending the Bracknell Samaritans run- unfortunately we didn’t have additional childcare to enable a parent to run the actual event, but nonetheless, it was great to attend and support, and take part in the kids race.
It was very well organised and signposted on site. All the volunteers were fantastic. Very friendly and helpful, and the addition of amazing medals for the kids- we will definitely be back next year. X
